Under Minnesota state law, the following statements must be true to contribute:
- You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.
- This contribution is made from your personal funds, not being provided to you, or reimbursed, by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Minnesota state law requires that we collect and report your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer, if your individual donation is over $200 per calendar year.
Your donation is eligible for the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) of $75 per individual or $150 per married couple if you are a Minnesota resident and have not already received your refund for the year. If you are eligible we will mail you your receipt form after your donation has been processed.
